Ampere Hour (abbreviated Ah, or amp hour) is the amount of energy charge in a battery which will allow one amp hour of current to flow for one hour. A higher amp hour battery will have more range on a bike than one with a lower value if both batteries have the same voltage. You can multiply the voltage by amp hour capacity to calculate the total energy capacity in Watt Hours.
