Can I Adjust the Stem on My FavoriteBike?

Yes, you can. The stem on your FavoriteBike can be raised using additional spacers, which we’re happy to provide upon request.

This adjustment allows you to:

• Sit in a more upright, comfortable position

• Reduce stress on your back, shoulders, and wrists

• Personalize your ride fit for better long-distance comfort

Note: The stem cannot be lowered below the current default height, as it is already positioned at the lowest safe point on the steerer tube.

Want to Move the Handlebars Closer or Further?

If you're looking to adjust the reach—bringing the handlebars closer to or further from your body—this can't be done through the stem alone.

To change the reach, you'll need to replace the handlebar with one that has a different sweep or rise angle. We’re happy to assist with recommendations if you'd like to explore this option.
