Your FavoriteBikes e-bike includes standard pedal-assist levels that can be selected from the display during normal riding. Use the + and - buttons to choose the assist level that feels comfortable and safe for your route.

Assist levels should be used within the bike's factory-compliant settings and local regulations. Higher assist uses more battery; lower assist can extend range.

For safety and compliance reasons, FavoriteBikes does not provide advanced/dealer diagnostic codes, speed-unlock codes, power-limit modification steps, class-switching steps, PAS percentage tuning, controller/display programming, tuning-kit guidance, or private-property/off-road unlock instructions through customer support, chat, SMS, phone, or public help articles.

If your assist system is not working correctly, contact support with your bike model, serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. We can help troubleshoot within factory-compliant settings.
