How to Find Your Serial Number and System Information

Your serial number helps FavoriteBikes Support verify your bike and troubleshoot service issues.

Find the serial number on the display

  1. Power on your bike.
  2. Double-click the M button to open the menu.
  3. Use the + or - button to find System Information.
  4. Press M to open it.
  5. Look for Series No or Serial No.

You can also check the bike frame label or your purchase records if available.

For safety and compliance reasons, serial numbers are not collected to provide customer access to advanced/dealer codes, speed unlocks, power-limit changes, class switching, PAS percentage tuning, or private-property/off-road unlocks. Advanced service access is reserved for FavoriteBikes Support and authorized diagnostics.
