Pre-Shipment Customization

We appreciate your enthusiasm for making your FavoriteBikes e-bike your own! Unfortunately, we are not able to pre-install accessories or make custom modifications before your bike ships. All bikes leave our warehouse in their standard configuration.

What About Accessories?

If you order a bike along with accessories, please note that accessories may ship separately from the main bicycle box — this is normal. You'll receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

Customizing After Delivery

The good news: most accessories are easy to install yourself! You can also visit a local bike shop for professional installation. Here are a few popular options riders add after delivery:

• Fenders
• Phone mounts and lights
• Upgraded saddles or grips
