Shipping Cost

Bike shipping within the contiguous United States is FREE. 

We CANNOT ship to P.O. boxes or overseas military addresses.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $400 per bike 

Shipping to Canada: Hybrid CSC E-bike shipping within Canada is FREE. Other bike shipping to Canada is $50 per bike. We do not levy taxes or duties on purchases made through our website. Additionally, there are no duties on e-bikes shipped between the US and Canada, making them duty-free. However, please be aware that upon arrival of the bike in Canada, customs authorities will apply Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) based on the destination province of your purchase. We ship through UPS or DHL, and they will forward a tax collection form to your email. We strongly recommend that you promptly pay these taxes to avoid delays in receiving your shipment.

Shipping to Europe. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship our bikes directly to Europe. However, you can use a shipping forwarder like ShopUsa.com to reach your country.

Shipping Timeline.

Our estimate is 1-5 days depending on the distance between your delivery address and our warehouse in Los Angeles. 

Shipping Method and Tracking

We ship your order via UPS or FedEx, some hubs or destinations may experience delays, but your patience during these times is greatly appreciated. We will email you within one business day of receiving your order with an 'Order Complete' email with your tracking information. Please have someone available to accept the package on delivery to reduce the theft risk.

This will vary from country to country. With that in mind, to best gauge your order's GST (Goods & Services Tax), VAT (Value-Added Tax), or Import Duties for your Country, please be sure to verify the taxes & duties your country will charge you on an official government website.
