- False Lock Detection: The sensor thinks the bike is locked, even when the lock is open or not engaged. This causes the bike to shut down or not operate.
- False Unlock Detection: The sensor thinks the bike is unlocked, even though the lock is still closed. This could potentially allow the bike to be ridden while still locked, which could cause damage or safety issues.
Solution:
You can disable the lock sensor by following these steps:

Turn on the Bike:
- If your bike is shut down, turn it on by entering the correct passcode or using your RFID key.

Watch for the White Screen:
- After turning on the bike, you'll see the Favoritebikes welcome page with a white screen.

Disable the Lock Sensor:

Press and hold the

andM
buttons at the same time when you see the white screen. - The screen will display a lock icon and a countdown from 3, 2, 1.
- Once the countdown finishes, the lock sensor will be disabled, and the lock icon will disappear.

- To turn the lock sensor back on, press and hold the

buttons together again. - You’ll see a small green lock icon flash once, indicating that the sensor is active again.
