The Advanced Passcode is designed to allow dealers to program and optimize the user's riding experience. Favorite Inc. recommends that only trained technicians access these advanced settings. If a user wishes to access the advanced settings, they should contact the Favorite Support Team. However, please be aware that doing so may void the warranty for the electronic parts.

To find the serial number of your bike, follow these steps:

1. Double-click the "Menu" button.
2. Use the "Minus" button to navigate to "System Information."
3. Click the "Menu" button once to confirm your selection and access the "System Information" page.
4. On this page, you will find information about your software and hardware versions, the software's date, and the series number.
