All of our ebikes are engineered and designed to be ridden in the rain. They are built to the IPX4 water resistant standard which means it is resistant to water splashes from any direction. 

This does NOT mean that it can be submerged or subjected to a pressurized spray. Do not use a pressure washer or sprayer on an Favorite ebike. 

Below are some quick tips on riding safely in the rain. 

• Decrease riding speed to help you keep control of the bike in slippery conditions.
• Brake earlier since it will take longer to slow down and come to a complete stop than when operating in dry conditions.
• Ride cautiously as road hazards are more difficult to see in wet conditions.
